The Emergency Response Association was founded in 2019 by a group of young people with diverse experiences, with the aim of providing urgent assistance to those affected by humanitarian crises. The project began with campaigns to evacuate civilians from conflict and bombing zones, with the goal of relocating them to safer areas. As the suffering of people due to forced displacement and internal migration increased, it became necessary to expand the charity's scope to include a variety of humanitarian projects. These projects included medical aid, food assistance, psychological support, as well as housing construction and improving living conditions in camps.

As the number of displaced families grew and the population in camps increased, the charity began to expand its services to meet the needs of more affected families. Thanks to the significant support from generous people, the charity was able to employ over 100 staff in several countries to ensure the effective implementation of its projects. It also obtained licenses to operate in several countries, including Turkey, the United States, and Germany, which allowed it to expand its work and provide sustainable assistance to affected families. The charity continues to expand its activities to meet the needs of more families in conflict and war zones.
